The Chefs Toolbox 8 Piece Knife Tempered Glass Block Set Review

These are among the best knives I own. The German steel blades have remained sharp and stain free. The handles are comfortable and well designed too. The knives' weight is just about right. They aren't too heavy, but weigh enough to feel like quality. Using them is a pleasure. The tempered glass block is a mixed bag. In some ways it looks nice, but it is a little awkward. It was easy to assemble and even includes a screwdriver, but always feels like it is going to fall over. Also, if fingerprints bother you, then you'll definitely miss a conventional wood block. This is an excellent knife set. The only cons are the price, and non-conventional glass block.
